You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@craftymindsindia@gmail.com or call us at +918347846096. If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will initiate a cancellation and a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.craftymindsindia@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the product. We will review the case and, if the issue is verified, provide a replacement or a full refund.
